What's New at Heart in Hand Needleart

Brand new to better cross stitch shops everywhere are a new Collector's Heart™ as well as a new full size chart and the first set of four of our newest Markings™ series, Christmas Markings™!

Our 2009 Collector's Heart features a beautiful embellishment that has to be seen to be fully appreciated. Featuring the phrase, "A little love," the kit includes the heart shaped button, design, and fabric. 2009 Collector's Heart uses fibers from our friends at Weeks Dye Works and The Gentle Art, and is available at better cross stitch shops everywhere!

Our latest Collector's Heart is the eleventh in the series of annual heart designs. All design series can be viewed grouped together through our Designs Page by clicking on the "Series Listings" link, including all of the Collector's Hearts!

We are excited to announce Christmas Markings™, a follow up to our popular Monthly Markings™ series. New to cross stitch stores are the border as a full size chart and the first four individual designs. As always, these smaller designs can be stitched alone and framed, finished as Christmas ornaments, or used for whatever your imagination will allow. They can also be stitched together with the border as one large, beautiful design. Stitchers find having the full color photo of the entire series on the Border leaflet motivates them to stitch the entire project.

Christmas Markings™: Border provides the border which bears the phrase, "I will honour Christmas in my heart and try to keep it all the year." The original British spelling of "honour" is maintained in this quotation from the Dickens classic A Christmas Carol. The border includes pine trees, a gingerbread man, snowflakes, a candle, a snowman, and a Christmas present. The top of the border is adorned with 14 of our festive new Christmas Stack buttons.

The first of the four smaller charts is Christmas Markings™: Snowman. With a looooong nose and a broad belt, this cute snowman, like all of the individual charts in this series, is a quick-to-stitch design.

Christmas Markings™: Snowflake is the fourth individual design currently released. The remaining eight smaller designs will be released over the next several months.
